I had the opportunity to second shoot for the fabulous Caitlin McWeeney. She's a wonderful photographer in Austin, Texas and all around great person... Oh, and I know this because she just happens to be my kid. 

Here are few images from a fun night where the room was filled with laughter, love, hugs & tears. I especially liked the UT fight song being played as the couple walked into the reception and the American flag being waved (the burn ban prevented sparklers) as the couple made their exit. A night I will truly remember.

Super Moon Fever

A few weekends ago I popped down to Austin to house-sit for a friend of mine. The second I arrived at her place we were out the door walking to Auditorium Shores for a free SXSW concert underneath the SUPER MOON. It was an amazing night. There were so many people out enjoying the evening. I quickly grabbed a few shots of the skyline while racing across the pedestrian bridge to our dinner reservations. What a moon. What a city. What a weekend.

Lovebugs Austin & Hannah

The best thing about being a photographer is getting to know people, especially the ones that are young and in love. They are so excited about life that you just can't help but get caught up in their energy. Thanks for a fun day you two!!
